They are most appropriate for those with light to moderate urinary incontinence using light weight cloth diapers or absorbent pads. Worn over cloth diapers or pads our bikini cut adult plastic pants quietly help to keep you dry and comfortable. Worn over underwear, disposable pads or disposable diapers, our bikini cut adult plastic pants provide that extra level of protection to help prevent embarrassing situations. not noisy and bulky for day wear. suggestion would be snaps closure or heavy duty Velcro on side so that to remove you would not have to disrobe. Realizing that this might create a leak point.

These have a slight tint of blue so don't be surprised when they arrive. They're a very nice cut and fit nicely, the plastic material is buttery smooth on both sides and can be worn in public undetected. The overall quality of these plastic pants are awesome, definately not a chinese product. I just wish they still had a more opague Blue plastic in the low cut bikini instead of almost white and white.
